During the 2008-2009 World Economic Crisis, I worked with Al DeVido and the TTG System Group to reconcile stalled projects using the patented “Top-Down” construction method. The TTG System constructs the top floors just above the ground and then STRAAM jacks are used to lift them up the elevator cores to set them in place with large steel beams.

Mixed-Use Residential Tower on Commercial Plinth w/Underground Automated (Robotic) Parking
During the 2008-2009 World Economic Crisis, I worked with Al DeVido and the TTG System Group to reconcile stalled projects using the patented “Top-Down” construction method. The TTG System constructs the top floors just above the ground and then STRAAM jacks are used to lift them up the elevator cores to set them in place with large steel beams.
With the vertical load relying solely on circulation core towers, the floor plans are largely unimpeded by structural columns. This frees up large amounts of space for parking garages. This project envisioned using a system of automated (robotic) parking structures to park and store vehicles for maximum efficiency.
